What:
1.- I will study more.
2.- I will get on with my mother.
3.- I will read more.
4.- I will go for a run every day.
5.- I will practise more guitar and piano.
How:
1.- I will study a little each day to get used.
2.- I can try to be more understanding.
3.- Before going to sleep, I take a book, and I'll read, even if only are five minutes.
4.- Simply I will go everyday, I have it clear.

When:
1.- Every day, overcoat with exams.
2.- Every day. Now start.
3.- Ten minuts before to go to sleep.
4.- At six o'clock, when I have got private classes I will not go to run.
5.- When I find the right time.
